Life can be complicated, confusing, and painful.
You may be overwhelmed with stress about work, school, your partner, your children, or other relationships. You may feel stressed, depressed, anxious, hopeless, or angry. You may struggle with addictions, disordered eating, trauma, or bereavement.

I am here to help you see hope and guide you in making meaningful life changes. You are entitled to, and capable of living a valued and enjoyable life, regardless of the hurdles you may face.
I have a doctorate of philosophy in clinical psychology and am a Licensed Psychologist in Loveland, Colorado. I provide mental health services for Northern Colorado.
I take a practical approach to treatment whereby I support clients by walking with them through the journey of recovery while identifying and amplifying client strengths, fostering skill development, and encouraging positive changes. To accomplish this aim, I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Insight-Oriented Approaches, Experiential Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Interpersonal Therapy.
I collaboratively determine with each client what that individual requires to holistically achieve balance, emotional strength, wellness, and his or her own personal treatment goals.
You are a unique individual with your own distinctive set of current difficult life circumstances, unhelpful past life events, stressors, and unhealthy behaviors. You also have a diverse repertoire of healthy coping skills, helpful relationships, and resilience. Please consider allowing me to help you maximize the positive aspects of yourself and use them to overcome whatever struggles you may be facing.
