I offer a free 30-minute consultation to make sure I will be the right psychologist for you.

Rate: $125/50-min session

I am a participating provider with TRICARE West and Anthem. If you have a different insurance, you can use your out of network benefits. Depending on your plan, my services may be covered at similar rates to in-network providers. I also provide fee for service.

Life Coaching For Sport Performance

I offer a free 30-minute consultation to make sure I will be the right life coach for you.

Rate: $400 for package of three, 50-min sessions

Insurance: Insurance companies typically do not cover life coaching for sport performance services because it is not medical in nature. Life coaching for sport performance is focused on improving athletic ability rather than diagnosing or treating health conditions.

Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMFT)

I offer a free 30-minute consultation to make sure PEMFT is appropriate for you.

Rate: $30/30-minute session

Insurance: Insurance companies do not cover PEMFT

Payment

Payment is required at the time of service and I accept cash or checks. You have the option of using credit or debit cards with an additional 5% convenience fee.

Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you do not give advance notice or do not come to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your session fee. Insurance benefits cannot be used to cover these charges.
