Individual Psychotherapy

$150/50-min session

Insurance: I am a participating non-network provider with TRICARE West. If you have a different insurance, you can use your out of network benefits. Depending on your plan, my services may be covered at similar rates to in-network providers. Please contact your insurance company directly to inquire about your benefits and coverage.

Life Coaching For Sport Performance

$150/50-min session

Insurance: Insurance companies typically do not cover life coaching for sport performance services because it is not medical in nature. Life coaching for sport performance is focused on improving athletic ability rather than diagnosing or treating health conditions.

Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMFT)

$30/30-minute session

Insurance: Insurance companies do not cover PEMFT

Payment

Payment is required at the time of service and I accept cash or checks. You also have the option of using credit or debit cards with an additional 2% convenience fee.

Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you do not give advance notice or do not come to your appointment, you will be charged $75 for the session ($20 for missed PEMFT sessions). Insurance benefits cannot be used to cover these charges.
