I offer a FREE 30-minute consultation for all services to make sure I will be the right fit for your specific needs.

As a form of gratitude for their heroic service, veterans and first responders receive a 10% discount on all therapy options for the duration of their treatments.

Individual Psychotherapy

$150/50-min session

I understand the desire to utilize your insurance benefits, and I used to be an in-network provider. While accepting insurance, I spent countless hours weekly fighting with insurance for reimbursement and complying with the hoops. It left me with little to no time to tailor care, consult with clients’ other professionals (e.g., psychiatrists, medical doctors, dieticians, etc.), or dive into research for a particular mental health concern that warranted further study and consideration. My clients DESERVE better. I recognize that it may be financially more difficult to work with me compared to in-network providers. I can also assure you that I want you to get value for your money, and I aim to make every session as productive as possible with the highest level of care. I am here for you, not for appeasing an insurance company.

You are still able to use your out of network benefits by submitting monthly statements for reimbursement. Depending on your plan, my services may be covered at similar rates to in-network providers. Please contact your insurance company directly to inquire about your benefits and coverage.

Life Coaching For Sport Performance

$150/50-min session

Insurance companies do not cover life coaching for sport performance services because it is not medical in nature. Life coaching for sport performance is focused on improving athletic ability rather than diagnosing or treating health conditions.

Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMFT)

$30/30-minute session

Insurance companies do not cover PEMFT

Payment

Payment is required at the time of service and I accept cash or checks. You also have the option of using credit or debit cards with an additional 2% convenience fee.

Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you do not give advance notice or do not come to your appointment, you will be charged $75 for the session ($20 for missed PEMFT sessions). Insurance benefits cannot be used to cover these charges.
